Refunds are only considered if a paying subscriber cannot use premium features due to a verified fault on our side. Please read carefully.

Policy Details

Refunds are available only to paid subscribers who cannot use our premium features of Web2ApkPro. A refund will be issued only when it is verified that the problem is due to our fault and not caused by your configuration, environment, or misuse. Each case is reviewed within 24 hours.

To request a refund, you must email us at digitaloperaocean@gmail.com on the first day of your subscription purchase. Refunds can be claimed only on the first day; requests after that day are not eligible.

Your email must include a proper reason explaining why you want the refund and must attach proof/evidence (for example, screenshots or a video link) that shows the premium feature(s) cannot be used. If you demonstrate our fault, the refund will be approved; otherwise, it will be declined.
